What is your in store returns policy?

At our Richmond and Keilor Park boutique, we offer returns within 7 days of purchase all full price items. You are eligible for a 12 month credit or exchange.

We do not accept refunds in-store.

All pre-order items can be returned for a store credit ONLY and not a refund. 

Sale items cannot be returned for a credit, exchange or refund. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

 

What is your online returns policy?

Full-priced items are eligible for store credit, exchange or refund.

Items must be returned within 7 days (domestic orders) and 14 days (international orders) of receiving and remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags attached in original condition.

Sale items, jewellery and intimates cannot be returned for store credit, exchange or refund. These items are all final sale and not returnable for change of mind.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed? 

Your refund will take up to 5 days from receiving  the return to be processed.
