Danielas strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, let us know. We'll send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style or provide you with a full refund.

Online Returns & Exchanges ONLY
You can return or exchange full price merchandise back to Danielas Online or any Danielas store within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to provide an exchange, full refund or gift voucher if you have changed your mind on items that are unworn and in the original condition within 14 days of purchase.
We are unable to offer returns on ‘sale’ items unless faulty or wrongly described. Returns or exchanges will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within a reasonable timeframe. A receipt is required for proof of purchase on return transactions. Due to health reasons ‘change of mind’ on jewellery and body shape wear are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described.
You can exchange full price merchandise back to any Danielas store within 14 days under the above conditions. Just bring your receipt with you.
Returns by mail
Please send your merchandise along with your online receipt within 14 days of receipt of the goods to the following address:

Please send the merchandise back to us using registered mail and allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Danielas will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement. However, all “change of mind” returns must be shipped and handled at the customer's own cost.
